Ready to reconnect with your inner calm through the proven and time-tested power of mindful breathing?

Welcome to our Just Breathe Pranayama Workshop, where we journey into relaxation and balance through the power of breath, gentle yoga poses and customized aromatherapy and teas.  In this workshop, we will discuss and practice ancient breathing techniques with modern day tested and proven results. Through these skills you will learn ways to regulate the nervous system, improve mental clarity, increase energy, support better sleep, reduce stress and promote relaxation and wellbeing in the body and mind.

Following, you will be guided through a gentle yoga flow where we will connect the breathing techniques with movement, to better support deeper release of tension. Your journey will be enhanced with customized essential oils and tea blends to enjoy throughout the practice and take home to continue your experience of wellness.

This workshop is suitable for all levels, whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner seeking to deepen your practice. Join us as we embark on a journey of mindful breathing, relaxation, and holistic wellness, finding balance and harmony within the rhythm of our breath.
