Sunrise Meditation and Beach Clean-up

The first Sunday of each month, join us for a soul-nourishing beach sunrise meditation, accompied by soothing tea (or bring your own coffee if preferred) as we soak in the golden sunrise and sounds of the ocean.

Then channeling that peaceful energy into action, we unite for a. mindful beach clean-up, gently tending to our coastal home and all it inhabits.
