Happy 2024! We hope that everyone is off to a great start in the new year. As you may know, we have been a bit quite since the winter season set in. That is because this has been a wonderful time to follow nature's pace into stillness, reflection and deep nourishment for reserves in the busier season to come with spring and summer. How do you enjoy finding rest and nourishment in this time of the year?
Salt Soul Yoga community believes that our practice goes beyond the mat. The mat inspires us to create time and space for self-care and self-discovery, however the lessons and pace that we take off the mat and into our daily life is what brings the greatest transformation. When we move with steady breath we find our flow. When we see the connection of inner and outer, we find less resistance. These are just a couple of examples of the lessons that we can discovery when we meet mindful movement with mindful living.
We hope that you are deeply nourishing your mind, body and soul through this season of rest. This is a wonderful time to bring gentle movement, warm tea, deeply nourishing meals, journaling, creating and whatever brings light into the shorter days for you. As the daylight slowly returns, we look forward to meeting you all in the blooming and abundant season ahead!
